1MR Vortex is one of the best preworkout supplements from BPI. In the last post I compared the new 1MR to 1MR Vortex. In this post I will cover 1MR Vortex in details, and look at some of the reviews from other users.
What is 1MR Vortex
Its a preworkout supplement from the business called BPI. First we had the initial variation of 1MR which included DMAA; then DMAA was outlawed as well as we got a reformulated 1MR without DMAA then after an amount of time we got 1MR Vortex. BPI is the company behind 1MR Vortex. They claim that when you take this cutting edge PWO, you’ll notice the effect immediately, giving you more power, energy, as well as strength like you never experienced it before. Outrageous? Well let’s take a look at the details and find out.
Now before we continue to look at the supplement facts for 1MR vortex, first note that this is the newest version of 1MR from BPI. The one before this one was called 1MR and was a revamped version of the original which contained DMAA. I have compared to details of the new 1MR to 1MR Vortex. You can find it here.
Let’s continue by looking at the supplement facts for 1MR Vortex. The formula is basically one big prop. blend – as per BPI standards. So you are left in the dark as to exactly how much of what you get when you get yourself a serving of 1MR Vortex. In addition to this, BPI doesn’t share a whole lot of information about the ingredients used in the preworkout formula.
The prop. blend of 1MT Vortex contains the following :
Glycerol (as glycerol monostearate) (* DV), Indigofera pulchra (aerial) (* DV), Caffeine (as caffeine anhydrous) (* DV), White leadwort (root) (* DV), Securinega (Securinega suffruticosa) (leaf and root) (* DV), Yohimbe (Pausinystalia yohimbe) (bark) (* DV)
The suggested dose is 1-2 scoops blended with water and taken 15-20 min. before working out.
The supplement has received good ratings on bodybuilding.com and less so on supplementreviews. Here is a quote from one of the reviews on SR:

Just finished my container of 1.M.R Vortex Fruit Punch flavor and thought that I should share my honest opinion of an extremely over-hyped product!

The energy came on pretty fast at about 20 minutes in I started feeling it, it wasn’t intense or jittery just real even moderate amount of energy, clean energy. I think two scoops will be better for me.
So the pump is the weakest point in this pre in my opinion, there is some pump at 1.5 scoops but I more noticed an increase in vascularity. When I went upstairs to use the bathroom my wife even commented and said, “huh that one isn’t as good a pump as some others”
The focus was pretty good, no tunnel vision or laser beam but still a solid performer in the focus department.
Now endurance is hard to rate really because it depends on what your looking for, I’m looking for a product to work well for up to 2 hours but no longer then that because I’m an evening lifter. At 1.25 hours I can feel the effects wearing off. But it stayed steady for the first hour.
I have tested the new 1MR but I havent tried the 1MR Vortex. Personally I dont like the effects from Yohimbe so I will stay clear of this one. The new 1MR is however, a good choice as a pre-workout supplement, in my opinion. I will be posted a more detailed review on it, in the upcoming week.
