Proteins are the body’s main muscle building blocks. Body builders more than anyone else know just how important protein supplements are to their fitness goals. Body Fortress is the company that manufactures Super Advance Whey Protein. This protein powder contains a new and advanced formula, which is said to be more potent and effective than the original formula. The changes made to this supplement from the previous version are not that major. Body Fortress increased the serving amount, reduced the amount of powder supplement a little and fortified the formulation.
Body Fortress claims that their new and advanced formula contains high quality whey protein that boosts growth of lean muscles. Additionally, the blend is said to contain a powerful recovery formula as well as powerful energizers for increased strength. This great blend of amino acids is what makes Body Fortress Whey Protein a must have supplement for body builders who want to build muscles and plough through the most intense workouts without burning out fast.
One serving of Whey Protein is equivalent to a scoop of the powder protein and is about 36g. This will give you up to 170 calories with 26g of protein, 4g of BCAA, 2g of fat and 2g sugars. It contains lots of minerals too. Body Fortress also says that this supplement is Aspartame free. Here is the complete list per serving;

Jar Sizes, Flavors, Pricing and Serving
Body Fortress Whey Protein comes in a 60g jar. This is the only jar size that I know of. This jar holds up to 27 servings of the powder protein. Each serving is just a single scoop.
It should only be used by adults and they should take no more than 3 scoops in a 24 hour period. It is easy to mix the powder supplement with your preferred beverage – can be blended, stirred or put in a shaker cup.
There are several, both new and old flavors available. Super Advanced Whey Protein comes in Chocolate, cookies and crème flavor, strawberry flavor, vanilla flavor and the chocolate peanut butter flavor. It retails at a price of about $24-$30 per jar, which is pretty affordable.
I could not find the product on BodyBuilding.com, which is my preferred site for rating and price comparison. I however found other Body Fortress products. From other sources that are still credible, user reviews give Advance Whey Protein a paltry 7/10 star rating. This doesn’t look very promising and may be the supplement did not live up to their expectations.
I haven’t personally used Body Fortress Why Protein and I honestly thought that it would get better user reviews and a higher rating. With such a mediocre rating, I can only imagine that there are other protein better powders available in the market than Body Fortress Whey Protein. So, if you want to build lean muscle mass like a pro, look elsewhere.
