A look at Hyde V. 2 from Pro Supps

Mr. Hyde from Pro Supps was one of the pre workout supplements I saw mentioned over and over again (along with Dr. Jekyll), after the DMAA ban.

Now Mr. Hyde definitely had a good list of ingredients, and its no wonder that people liked it. Because of this, a new and improved version was to be expected. Now it’s here; Mr. Hyde version 2.0 or as Pro Supps calls it: Hyde V2.

I have shared my thoughts on the original Mr. Hyde from Pro Supps here. The short version is that these two supplements, without a doubt, are very solid pre workouts.

But what the deal with Hyde V2? Here is what Pro Supps claims that Hyde V2 will do for you:

“ProSupps ORIGINAL “HYDE” is back! Hyde is formulated to be the most extreme and effective pre-workout on the market. Loaded with L-Leucine, proprietary stimulant blends and the novel pump agent agmatine sulfate, HYDE V2 will shatter weight-training plateaus.

–Potent combination of high-powered thermogenic compounds
–First ever pre-workout to contain noopept for crystal clear focus and mental acuity
–Efficacious dose of Creatine Nitrate in every serving
–3 stage caffeine energy blend for maximum receptor sensitivity
–Infused with Agmatine Sulfate for muscle swelling pumps and nutrient transport
–A TRUE 30 days of mind-blowing workouts

As I have mentioned several times before here on muscles.zone, we are likely to see more and more pre workout supplements containing nootropic substances, and Hyde V2 confirms this, with the infusion of noopept which is one of the most effective and strongest of all the Nootropic supplements out there. It offers benefits such as improving memory, learning capacity, focus, and concentration.

But there is more to Hyde V2 than just Noopept. Below is the complete supplement fact list:

Strength Matrix 5000 mg

A solid mix of substances. Lets compare this to the supplement facts of the original Mr. Hyde from Pro Supps:

1 Serving Punch
Serving Size: 1 Scoop (6.2g)
Servings Per Container:1

As you can tell, Hyde V2. comes with a bunch of the usual suspects, and some new substances as well (from a PWO perspective – such as Noopept). Unfortunately, we only know the dosage of the matrixes and not on a substances level, due to the use of a prop. blend. It’s always nice to know how much of what you get, but this is impossible to tell, when a proprietary blend has been used. So in order to truly tell if Hyde V2. is worth the price and can live up to the stated claims, is by testing it.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to test this yet, but this is on my list, mainly because it looks like a solid pre-workout supplement based on the supplement facts, but also because the original Mr. Hyde got a tremendous amount of positive reviews.

If you have tested the new Hyde V2 from Pro Supps, I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
